click the Board Button 
then point to Open Capsules icon of the ribbon bar,
or click the Capsules icon in the ribbon bar then select the Open capsule item
Open Board client and connect to a server.
To open a Capsule you may,
click the Board Button
then point to Open Capsules icon of the ribbon bar,
or click the Capsules icon in the ribbon bar then select the Open capsule item
the following pop-up window will open
then select the Shared option to view capsules located on the Board server or select Local to view Capsules located on you local hard-disk or network.
Click on the desired capsule then press OK to open it.
Note that, it is also possible to open a Capsule by double clicking on the capsule file from Windows Explorer: Board Client will start and then open the capsule. If the Board client program is already running, double clicking on the capsule file from Windows explorer doesn't open it.
The Board menu contains also a list of recently opened capsules, as shown hereafter.
It is possible to "pin" your favorite Capsules so they are not removed from the list.
