To copy a Capsule, open Capsule to copy, then click the "Capsules" icon from the ribbon bar, then select the "Save Capsule as" item and type the name of the new Capsule.
To delete a Capsule, then click the "Capsules" icon from the ribbon bar, then select the "Open Capsule" item, then right-click on the Capsule name and select Rename or Delete as desired.
